Donald Trump is ineligible to serve in any office because of the 14th Amendment. The 14th Amendment says there can be an exception if both houses of Congress vote by a 2/3 majority. Not one Democrat objected. None. They all piled on that two-thirds majority like the good MAGAts they are.
