She was recently involved in a car accident where she had such severe internal injuries that she’d never recover from, and was expected to only live for a few days. It may be that she chose a form of medically assisted dying which is done in hospital. To call it suicide is misleading.

I did just see this, so I looked for the story on her car accident, and this is what made me think it took place in hospital. I was surprised to see that she was sent home, where she did indeed take her own life.

That was my first thought the moment I read about this. If my gut instinct is right, it was probably very carefully done, so I doubt anything can be proven. In fact I doubt there will even be an investigation to speak of.
