Yep. It's not possible to understand politics today, much less predict future trends, without recognizing that a large segment of the population lives in an alternate reality increasingly untethered from the real world via nonstop right-wing propaganda on every issue.

I've never used it. I used to get hassled by family for not using it. I'd just hassle them back to delete it, so they stopped bothering me. :)
A while back, I kept getting password reset notifications. Tried to log in to delete my account. They wanted something from me, a phone number, IIRC, and I was like, eh, not worth it.
