I’m old enough to remember when proto-MAGATs whined about BO ruling by Executive Order, but have no problem w/ DT rewriting the Constitution not by the methods it prescribes (ie amendment process), but by royal decree (aka Executive Orders).

originally (which I'm sure those brainlets have no idea about), "third world" meant states not aligned with either the NATO ("first world") or Warsaw Pact countries ("second world"). I believe South Africa was aligned with NATO.

Also First World countries: most of South America.
