Wasn't chosen for my question: what about Trump being able on April 20 to (sorry, I forget the exact wording, but:) enact emergency declaration to enable the military to not only secure our borders, but put into jail anyone who dissents his policy?

Begging members of Congress to understand the full situation before posting. HE DID NOT SUSPEND THE TARIFFS! He locked most of them in at 10%, for 90 days (or until he changes his mind again), & gouged China even more.
