I would argue that those heroes/classes rely on disruption as a core part of their kit. In my opinion, those heroes would lose a lot of their identity without disruption. Without disruption, Assassin is worse Warrior/Ninja. It is the disruption that makes them unique
Alternatively, maybe tempo is the word used to describe how the heroes play to keep and maintain tempo (oftentimes through disruptive on-hits that have to be respected)
