cake turned out great, btw, no taste or texture issues. if anything was off, maybe (?) it was a touch less fluffy than the first one, but that could also be down to me eating it while it was still warm

oops I lied the other day about baking a cranberry cake (well, not intentionally, but I ended up putting it off). making it now and the lemon juice curdled the eggs in the batter slightly, a thing that’s never happened to me before.

😭 what are the chances the cake turns out edible?
