There's a lot about the Green Party I can agree with, but they are quite easily sucked into societal "movement" biases that compromise what I originally saw as empirical science + data & fundamental *general* rights-based positions with condescension to political correctness that doesn't help them.

Maybe try to decipher the varying definitions of "trans rights"?
(Not trying to be disingenuous; a lot of the rancour arises from differing definitions with a broad middle grey area. Does "Trans" itself have a legal definition?)

(The issue of toilet facilities is less of a polemic in some European countries where many such facilities are "unisex", i.e. 1 room with urinals & cubicles & shared washbasins.)

In reality the Supreme Court upheld the right of lesbians to form associations without being forced to admit males. That's the opposite of homophobia.
