I’m seriously considering getting a digital Fuji Camera. I shoot raw. I’m trying to figure out a good workflow and if it’s worth it. Does anyone here have advice/suggestions?

Speaking to a few people the consensus seems to be, use Capture One, or a more recent version of Lightroom. Or shoot Jpeg, as Fuji Jpegs are nice and you can utilise the film effects.
I'm probably going to be switching to CaptureOne from my discontinued RAW editor. I also use Affinity Photo.
Don't discount the value of the film simulations. They add great value to the camera, and can save you a lot of work — and they look terrific! There are lots of custom recipes online, too.
I’ve been using Lightroom successfully for a few years with Fuji files (XT-1, X-H1, X-H2). I can’t say I’ve had to modify the workflow I used to use for Canon files, and the results are pretty good. If you want to try Capture one there is a free version available for Fuji files (Capture One Express)
I used to have an original X100 years ago and loved it, but sold it to put towards funding a Sony A7R. The X100 was so much fun, which is why I’m considering Fuji.
