Yeah, Gender and Pronouns are two different things in Google Workspace. Pronouns are at myaccount.google.com/personal-info, in the Basic Info section. For me it's the last thing there. Picture, Name, Birthday, Gender, Pronouns. - ThreadSky

For me, there was no pronoun option at this link. All those other options were there. I searched”pronouns” and got no matches.

your business admin must sign into https://admin.google.com/ac/directory/profileediting and enable pronoun editing for your organization.

this has always been the case, but Erin's saying that either this particular option was reset, or every customer's pronouns were suddenly deleted.

for me, as an administrator, pronouns is gone and gender is disabled
