No-one needs to have their camera turned on for a Teams call. All you'll see is a screenful of thumbnails of bored looking people.

The pro of having the camera on is you can always use your mouse cursor to pick the noses of your colleagues.

Teams calls might be less stultifying if entitled bellends put their cameras on and engaged instead of sulking like a 13 year old in a Maths lesson.

If you run the Windows camera before the Teams camera it shows up as a black screen and you can claim technical difficulties.
