As a pharmacist I used to regularly do 16 hour shifts on my feet with no breaks to eat or pee or sit. He did amazing, but a lot of jobs require dehydration and starving yourself just for the paycheck.

It reminds me of how here in France private hospitals send their complicated surgeries to the underfunded and dying public hospitals because they won't turn a profit
