Yeah my takeaway from the goodlaw article is that it seems very much legal to segregate trans people as long as the provisions for it are made available. We must wholly reject being forced into third spaces.

Officials pandering to those who view a group as beneath them and who they look at with disgust. They might make up some things about safety (just like the racists did) but it’s all the same shit in a different decade.

Yes they used the same lie in the uk even after the CoE was banned from conducting them (note that it wasn’t they didn’t want to. Even if a church/priest/diocese decided they wanted to they were banned by law).

I fully intend to use the same third gender-neutral bathroom. If many cis-people do this, it prevents trans people from forced outing. In addition it demonstrates the ridiculousness of bathroom rules to begin with.
