Good to see them do this, but it would be better if the investment was significantly higher. Trump intends to cut many billions from scientific research in the US and ultimately end its status as a technological power. Europe needs to raise its game more.

The problem is that all the research is being lost. It isn't just stopping, then start up later. A lot of research needs continuity. Also other areas in Europe would have been researching different areas as they would know about the US study, so lost opportunities. Another sick decision by Trump🙄
