Dunno what it is about the original Crash Bandicoot 2 on PSX but it feels... off-putting to me, aesthetically speaking. I had a bit of a phobia of some of the Crash games growing up (specifically 3 and the intermission screens with the giant heads) but even now there's just something creepy about it
