Maybe I just don't understand this. But I thought when person is trans they choose the gender different from birth. So isn't this congress "person" a congress "woman". She appears to be a woman to me. If so isn't she one of the two recognize genders?

When they say only two genders its ignoring those who don't identify with those and it puts transgender people at risk since they might say the gender they were born with is their gender

Joy, I hope you'll next have someone on to talk about the unfairness of bio males in female sport-the Women's Sports Policy Working Group is a good source. They are NOT MAGA, & endorsed Harris for prez. While I don't support attacks on gender non-conforming people, there are legit issues to consider
