Good on the team. I remember back in 2009 watching the team running Farmville scale to meet demand as the game grew from 1 million to 33 million users over two months.
The big difference though was that number was Daily Active Users, not just sign ups.
Let's hope Bluesky's doesn't fall into X's dark trap.
We need a serious social media where people dare to express their opinions without being exposed to hatred and threats.
On X, I’d get banned and silenced for using words like wretched and skank (are those words “profanity”?), and have to prove I was human too many times. I am new here, but have had no such problems. A pleasant experience thus far.
It was absolutely hacked and ill never understand why democrats didn’t at least ask for recounts in a few swing states, it would have proven it was hacked and then recount the rest of them
Ads don’t necessarily have to be ugly or for garbage and the sad truth is that’s just how the internet works right now. It’s really how media has worked since at least radio tbh. If they handle verification carefully they might be able to lean on that but eventually that’s just ads with more steps.

Truly an amazing thing to learn from.
Isn’t threads dead and irrelevant when do you ever hear about threads?
Let’s talk about important things!
