Mostly in Red States.
In my area there are 2 hospitals, 15 nursing homes, & a few health clinics that help moms have babies, & many doctor offices who mainly see elderly folks or poor children.

All of them dependent on Medicaid.

The hospital industry is going to go nuts. They pretty much can't turn away a person with a baby coming out of them. Now they'll get nothing or almost nothing for these services.
