This has been the way Trump has operated for decades. He cannot tolerate the status quo. He has to constantly interfere and shake things up thinking that he knows better. Hence, all his bankruptcies and lawsuits. He also loves pitting his department heads against one another to see who “wins.“
The difference back then, he was playing with the finances and the lives of his inner circle and those who were unfortunate enough to be doing business with him. Now he's playing with the finances and lives of all who live on planet Earth. This is a problem that must be addressed shortly.
