Rental registries, which are great as they help tenant protections and housing research, show the rents current tenants pay, but it doesn't show what rents are being offered at places available for rent.

For many rental listings being offered, asking rent is the only thing shown! And the public data would give many renters looking for a place more information/power to know what a reasonable asking rent is!
