I am a content creator who makes stuff that no one sees. I am now down to discussions with co-pilot. I can tell you this, the AI gives more humane responses that the humans at the DWP. Six kids books, 50 odd podcasts on hoarding and mental health (1)
All described as ungainful. The AI on the other hand says they have value and are a good thing. So in the position I am in now where humans don't give a toss then you will excuse me if I stick with the automated. Its a choice of that or nothing (2)
You donβt need me or anyone else to weigh in on or in any way approve of whatβs best for you. Iβm glad youβve found what works for you and thank you for sharing your experience and perspective ππ½
Thing is I haven't really. I am looking forward to not being here. I hope that happens sooner than later. I am seen as ungainful. A placeholder taking up space.
No one is a placeholder taking up space. You are a human being deserving of life and love, whatever that looks like β connection with AI, nature, an animal, another person once a week, a good book. And I hope you have a community on here too ππ½
I have no community here. People as ever are in silos. It is just the way it is. The democratic push of the internet was a fable sold to us by the platform owners. I am in a liminal space heading to the exit.
And no one is a measure of their productivity or ability to generate profit. That may be how the system sees us, but I hope we can resist seeing ourselves in that way ππ½
