Seeing them in own natural environment while in-flight is just the coolest thing to see.
Past Bernese Mountain Dog “Tekla” had such an amazing hike with an owl flying parallel to her for a few hundred metres.
Quite the honour and memory of them!
A few years ago we had a few Great Grey Owls spotted around our woods due to abnormal ice coverings up North.
Seeing them “hop” tree-to-tree during moon-lit walks was truly wonderful to experience
