I have one quibble: the information about the anthem anesthesia policy is from anesthesiologists, notorious for surprise billing and overbilling commercially-insured patients. Anthem said they’d be using Medicare guidelines, which may be bad, but aren’t arbitrary.
It's the closest people get to justice in this system. It isn't the maximum possible level of justice. It isn't the only form of justice.
It’s the way we’ll all feel when Trump eventually kicks the bucket. (There will be, I’m guessing, a LOT of celebrating)
These people are a toxin to political discourse and/or humanity.
