It's a shame the number of grifters in the top 100. They're all about numbers, clicks & money
There are A LOT of quality accounts further down in the list who bring you good info, real news, interesting random facts & simple joy
I ask before following- are they here for themselves or the community?
A bad last week for me, first People's Sexiest Man turned me down (Mad Magazine wouldn't take my calls). Now I'm not top 500 on #Bluesky. This social media thing just may not be working out for me
This feels like a do not follow list. I quite enjoy a lot of these people but I am also so very over the cliquey-ness and grifting from most of these accounts. I'm gonna let new voices rise to the top of my follows and let these guys just show up whenever.
Let’s build communities of smaller accounts who have much to contribute through their smaller audiences. Those voices are largely ignored, yet just as important and have valuable opinions.
True, but I’ve only had to fight with 1 guy - a retired lawyer - who told me that I “shouldn’t be proud of my ignorance” because I am choosing not to watch the news. Much less exhausting than the other place! 🥰

Not bad!
They’ve meme’d me over the years🤣
First Receipt Queen and now Meme Queen 👸👑
(I'm not actually trying, don't worry)
(And thanks for the list. 🙂)
Do people generally know about Threads censorship & data mining? Or was it just too much like Twitter?
I regret joining there while I waited for BlueSky to open up. Zuckerberg is the last person I want having/using my data, post #Facebook2016.
It's a little ironic that GOD is #101 on the list of Top Bluesky Users. 🤭
