Williams is trending up, and Red Bull is trending down. Good choice.

Also, notice how teams poach talent from the Red Bull org and become great. Williams got Albon and Sainz. McLaren got Rob Marshall. Both teams have great upside.

And I bet Newey will do the same for Aston Martin.
