After watching the Mario kart world direct. I honestly think it was kinda disappointing. I mean it was already information that we kinda already knew about. The game looks really good but this game is 100% not worth $80 bucks that Nintendo is asking. Looks fun but not worth the price - ThreadSky

Bri, I get what you're trying to say, I really do, but, do you really think you get to talk about prices when you're playing cod games, which 9 out of 10 times are copypastes from previous games with "slight changes" that they still charge an arm and a leg for?~

Yeah you are right. Sure i don’t think i have a say in prices. i do play cod games but i don’t buy them every single year. 100% they are just copy and pastes from previous games. Which is why i only buy cod that I’m interested in. Last one i bought was BO6 then before that was Cold War.

Sure they cost about $70 USD which is still a lot. But $80 USD is just too much. Imagine if cod games cost $80 dollars and they come out yearly.. plus Nintendo games barely if not rarely go on sale and the price drops over time.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying 80$ is justified. What I am saying is, however, is that compared to previous entries, mario kart world has a LOT of new changes and content that makes it feel unique~ Which might be why Nintendo things they can get away with that price tag~

And i agree! Mario Kart world and in of itself is really unique compared to the previous games and i am really look forward to its release. I still can’t understand why Nintendo thinks that going with this price tag for world is ok.

Possibly testing the waters, seeing what they can and can't do at the beginning of their new era, and adjusting from there~
