Two issues with this: 1) Food and Wine calling it chowder and not the proper STEW means I won't be making their recipe, and then I read the recipe and 2) YOU DO NOT PEEL THE SHRIMP IN FROGMORE STEW. We got a Lowcountry cookbook when we visited Beaufort, we use that! Big miss for F&W-surprising.
