6. The accuser/victim hasn't provided any solid evidence yet it's realistic as it's been 10 years, it would be hard to hold onto anything like that for such a long time. Even if it reads as a fabricated hit piece there is still a chance Saber SAed them.

7. Sabers response would also make sense, if nothing actually happened then how would he have the evidence to prove that he didn't aside from the fact it's been proven the callout has been planned with obvious bias and revenge in mind.

There's more I want to add onto this but it's getting overwhelming. This is all my observations so far, I am choosing to be 50/50 with believing the victim but also going with innocent until proven guilty as this whole thing is a mess and a lot of people have been treating both sides as a joke.
