People and countries will still be relying in Starlink? I do not have a terminal and, frankly, if I had one I would be considering replacing it for something else. Elon wants to control people's lives in every way he can. It's up to us to let him or not.

I continue to be amazed that the Boards of Twitter, TSLA, and SpaceX haven't yet relieved Musk from his Board or CEO positions. Shareholders of each will have numerous public video evidence to point to for claims of breaches of fiduciary duty and oversight by said boards in class action cases.

As a layman reading the Agreement, it looks like intel holders can withhold or share intel in any way they see fit, including, as current times dictate, withholding all intel from the US. A clause anticipating and buffeting the compromise of a member state.
Seeing how understaffed and incompetent Twitter is, I'm sure it wasn't a large scale attack but probably some dude in his pajamas who didn't have anything better to do
