I called my representative and senators about this. For the first time, I got through (not voicemail) to all three. That worries me that people aren't calling as much. None of the people I spoke to had heard of this line in the BBB. It's very sneaky.

Plaintiff may have to post bond in civil suit for injunction as security for defendant costs & damages if injunction denied.

Courts have discretion to waive bond & usually do.

The proposed statute would stop enforcement of injunction if no bond was provided by plaintiff.

Would neuter the courts.

This should be reported repeatedly and widely with enough context to ensure average person without legal knowledge knows these criminals are trying to prevent courts from stopping their takeover of country.
