ESA puts a marker for COIW east of the Caspian sea in Turkmenistan and gives 6:16UTC +/- 0.62hrs - which reaches back beyond 6:04 the last observation:

Given a positive on-orbit detection by radar at 6:04 UTC from Germany, reentry will have been later, more likely in the 6:20 - 6:45 UTC interval or somewhat later. So no, not likely to have been over Europe.
