I think more likely he'd have included Saudi Arabia in the Regime-Change wars.

I get it's meant to primarily be humorous irony, but ... satire died when idiots stopped pretending and become their own parody.

They have to put tariffs somewhere, it's critical to the plan to reduce the taxes on the rich, by sticking it on everyone.
Tariffs are a stealth [domestic] tax
