I’m an Arsenal fan but these Opta projections are always so English skewed. Inter, Barca and PSG are looking very strong. As well as having European heritage (bar PSG) to give them that edge

Arsenal beat PSG easily already this season. Finished 3rd in the table. Sit 2nd in the premiere league, conceded only 3 goals and just battered Madrid. Why wouldn't they be favourites?

Barcelona has beat Real 4-0 a few months ago. Away. They're leading their league. Anyone not considering Barca favourites is a Brit in denial. Second favourite, after seeing yesterday's match is clearly PSG. They look really spicy, and they don't need dead ball situations to win.
