Chelsea Women finish the WSL unbeaten after Aggie Beever-Jones scored a stoppage time winner to beat Liverpool 1-0 at Stamford Bridge.

Sonia Bompastor's side finished the campaign with 19 wins, three draws and no defeats as they secured a sixth consecutive WSL title.
