Liverpool have agreed a fee of €136.3million (£116m) to sign Florian Wirtz from Bayer Leverkusen.
The fee is comprised of a €117.5m (£100m) upfront fee with a further €18.8m (£16m) in add-ons.

They could have then, took him on loan in January with an option to buy for £30m in the summer.
Simples really.
Everyone seems to be sold on the fact this is a great move for one of the world's best attackers. While that may all prove to be true, I think people are also really downplaying the risk of a move like this.
£100m+ transfers are 50/50 at best. It's a huge dice roll.
