The Chief again promised to end direct police patrols at the park and leave enforcement to Park Rangers, as policy dictates. He also apologized and launched an investigation into the actions of officers.

Standing near the back right at the start of 7, I thought that was all of us and I was late. I thought wrong. More than 50 more people walked into the room which was already around 100.
