Not a perfect close to the show, but the idea is incredibly clear: The Death Riders did a murder on the last PPV, and now it's open season on The Death Riders. Hunters becoming the hunted. There's like five more months of TV set up in that close.

Actually it was a perfect close to the show. The way they set up Hangman, CC, Jay White and Darby is an indication of the next 6 months of the angle, which means they have a long term plan in place.
And we still don't know how the Elite fits into all of this. It's actually quite amazing all of it.
Yeah, the whole Hangman, Christian and Jay didn't had the best of flows to it all but it worked as intended so I'm ok with it. This show was awesome and even my wife stayed awake until the end and she hardly ever watches the PPV's.
Damn just had a similar post right now. Feels like the most prominent criticism people have had about the Moxley storyline is how not enough of the roster was connected to it but now that's clearly not the case.
My feeling by the end of the show was "yeah, I think people are going to consider this 'overbooked'".
However, the fact that they not only converged several storylines and threads into one, while moving things forward with the Deathriders as the anchor...pretty great. 👍
I at least appreciate it for just not being a rerun of the last two PPVs' endings with the Death Riders murdering a babyface and hushed tones all around. Don't wanna oversaturate that finish for PPVs.

BC Gold will be their huckleberry, cause they don't sweat them like that. Also, they never got beat for those Trios Titles. They had to vacate them.
A LOT going on.
