Here's the deck I'm using for this (Cards are written in Alt text too). Works pretty well so far.
Do note that some of it is this way because of my own limitations (I only have one Weavile EX), you can probably change some stuff around.

I use 2 Koffing, 2 Weezing, Skorupi, Drapion, Grimer, Muk
2 Potions, 2 PokeBall, Red Card, XSpeed
2 Prof Oak, 2 Sabrina, Koga, Giovanni
It works well, I just beat the Expert mode. Now I have to repeat until I get all the promo cards.
