I'm starting to think this might be a great premise to a team challenge where one person doesn't know that the phone requires completing tasks and the other team member(s) can only communicate to the other one over the phone...

This reminds me of calling telekom support. My dad once called them from his smartphone because their landline didn‘t work. They said they‘d call back. After an hour had passed and nobody had called, my dad phoned them to ask again, and they said they called - but they called the broken landline 😂
