This week, I purchased a spiral-sliced ham from Costco. I did not buy it to share at a holiday dinner. I bought it so I could grind up all the lean meat, grind up some onions, and mix it all up with seasonings and mayo. It's ridiculous and delicious! In memory of my mom, who loved deviled ham.
