Are you aware there is a document called the US Constitution with written rules on how all this suppose to work? You’ve at least heard of the Constitution in passing I would think.

And when those people were sent back SCOTUS had not said that they were due a writ of Habeas Corpus. All reports I've found said it started March 15th - long before SCOTUS ruled.
If they were sent before SCOTUS ruled then how can one say that Trump hates the Constitution?
The Constitution’s Suspension Clause states habeas corpus “shall not be suspended, unless when, in cases of rebellion or invasion, the public safety may require it.” SCOTUS doesn’t need to weigh in when it’s already clearly articulated. Trump/Miller despise the rule of law as, apparently, you do too
I’ve gotta be honest. After Biden’s getting rich in Ref China’s dime and allowing his family make policy for years because he was too senile - this seems like small potatoes.
Even if Trump acted before court rulings clarified limits, he disrespected constitutional values, if his actions went against:
• The spirit of checks and balances
• Legal norms established by precedent
• Civil liberties

And your party's leaders took a misdemeanor charge and through a series of gross contortions and misapplications turned them into felonies. Then because a payment was separated into 34 parts so as to not make it seem obvious, the DA turned it into 34 separate felonies.
Then his representatives introduced legislation to remove the accused's security detail so as to leave him unprotected in a prison. They wanted a disgruntled prison mate to shank him. It would have been a political assassination where they wouldn't have gotten their hands dirty.

You don't get to talk about ignoring the Constitution when you co-opt the playbook of authoritarian Bolsheviks.
