By 2028: Some states won’t require vaccines for school attendance at all. Idaho is already close with their joke of an exemption form. They will blame scientists and healthcare workers for “mistrust” in vaccines. The damage will continue.

Welp this is a great question. The future of ID reporting is very much in question at the moment. Before 2025, I’d have responded with a quick “absolutely”. Now, I am uncertain.
It'll be worse. Some states will outright ban childhood vaccinations. They've already got the legal precedent to do so, given the playbook developed to ban gender affirming care. The second it's politically expedient to do so, they can do that now.
It’s possible, but I don’t see a full banning of vaccines happening. Now, banning vax *requirements* for school attendance I could see happening in some states.
Why ban them if you can scare off vaccine manufacturers and or make it sell? Insurance companies don't have to pay for vaccines or even legally aren't allowed to pay for vaccines? So many paths to suffering
I'll fully admit my prediction relies on the assumption that the most extreme antivax rhetoric and conspiracies will both intensify and increase their reach. Even if that did happen, they'd need to ban requirements for school attendance first, so that's probably their next big move.
Eventually you’ll also have countries ban Americans from traveling there if they’re not vaccinated. I can see people forging vaccine cards and probably getting jail time in another country if they’re found to be falsified. Imagine the backlash when entitled Americans can’t go on vacation
