One spread rules. 2 pages. It's hard to do. Some games want every case described.
If I can grok rules on a spread, that *should* be enough to play a game. The rest can be in conversation or hand-waving.

rather separate FAQ doc
And if a game really can't have it (I can imagine some valid reasons), at least a spread with a diagram of the important rule parts, or of the structure of play, is essential.
