well after messing with this all day, just not sure how much I enjoy the tarot in a mechanical capacity...
we tried various approaches with making the 4 suits do something interesting, but ultimately it just becomes a math game - math/trick takes not my bag so much

Oh man, 9 and me spent most of the day so far developing a solo tarot adventure game!!
Rules are
Looking pretty good. Testing happening atm. A simple “tavern game” so don’t expect netrunner or MtG but it’s doing things 😌

hmmm, there's so many solitaire games already, with standard decks (some tarot), that all the work for faint novelty....nah
One thing I really like is, after you defeat a face card, you add it to your deck as an “ally.” It’s really the only story-like element in gameplay but it really does it for me, for some reason.
