Cheese, tomato sauce, sausage, bread. Make hot. You know what that's called? A hot dog. I never understood plain cheese or plain pepperoni pizzas. Give me a "meat lovers" or "supreme" pizza any time. But leave out the fungus (mushrooms). I don't wanna taste your athletes foot.

Lamonica's in Westwood which makes their dough using NY water is the best. I am 100% west coast born and bred and lived here my whole life, and even I will tell you, it is better than these others. I'm not going to insult any of these, but just beg to differ.

It’s not the tap water, it’s the climate. You can’t take a bagel recipe from NYC and get the same outcome in LA. Same reason why the bread in NOLA is like nothing else.
