For those saying "Sue!" When a public school is sued "for millions," who pays? Tax-payers.

How about we put millions into our schools for teacher training in Special Education, so that there would have been permanent staff working with that child instead of a substitute with no specific training.

as someone who as also personally experienced this same kind of abuse from school staff & teachers its beyond dehumanizing and of course neither the school or state gov did NOTHING about it and the teacher who did it faced no legal repercussions even at 29 years old i still have nightmares over it.

My hometown is mourning the death of a 3yr old autistic child, non verbal, the day care worker held him down with her legs for a nap until he quit moving, tossed a weighted blanket over him, left him in a prone position for 5 hours. #justiceforconrad
