And I appreciate @joycewhitevance.bsky.social’s correct statement that defendants are presumed innocent UNLESS convicted. Too many believe the statement is, “until convicted”, but that assumes the conviction which is incorrect.

Defendants are presumed innocent unless convicted. Every US Atty (or so I thought) knows you can’t weigh in on guilt like this.
