I kept saying that I'd pick them up when they came out in the regular (20cm ish) paperback size, as I prefer it to the larger books, but after 4 books I am beginning to think that won't happen and I should just pull the trigger and order it haha.

I ordered the ultimate editions on kickstarter but I do have all of them on kindle. I’d recommend starting with his prequel novella called Death Rider. You get it for free by singing up for his newsletter!
There will be. I think you can still get the first two right now. The third book is gonna be announced on Zamil Ahktar’s newsletter. The fourth book will come after that.
