Obviously this admin would never care, but one of the most common things I heard when listening to or reading transcripts from Afghans was that the US could just fix everything or only kill the Taliban because the US is so advanced. It caused genuine anger even though the US couldn't do those things

The US can provide food and healthcare to those who need it in these regions. It is doing it now, and it has done it for decades. The anger will be even more real because of this and it will have repercussions for decades because of it.
