Wasn't an affair. Likely even dumber than that. She was 11 and 11 yr olds can't get pregnant...so..its a miracle!!! A creepy, creepy child marriage miracle! Never trust a shepherd for a theory about the universe.

It was actually rape because God predestined Mary to accept his holy seed. She had no choice. There was no consent. God just came and did his thing. The story is even more fucked up if you look at the original version instead of what logically happened. Pretty sure she cheated on Joseph though.
